By registering for this conference, I acknowledge that NurseLearn is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property or other negative outcome I may incur during or prior to my attendance at this conference or allegedly as a consequence of my attendance at this conference and waive any claim against NurseLearn.
I further acknowledge and accept that NurseLearn is not liable for the content, advice, information or material provided through any presentation or presenter or otherwise offered or provided during this conference. I understand that the content, advice, information and material provided by presentations or presenters, or otherwise offered or provided at this conference, constitute general direction only and my clinical decisions and actions must be made in response to the needs of individual residents or patients.
By attending this conference, I grant NurseLearn permission to photograph, videotape, or digitally record my image or sound. I further grant NurseLearn the unrestricted right to use these images and sound recordings for any reasonable purpose NurseLearn may choose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, fundraising, and promotional purposes. These images and recordings may be used in any public media, including internet, social media, print, or in NurseLearn's publications or posts. I understand and agree that I waive any rights or interest in the images or recordings as stated in this release.
Unless I elect to opt out pursuant to the process described in this paragraph, I further grant NurseLearn permission to disclose information and data I have submitted to NurseLearn pursuant to my registration, including but not limited to my name, email, job title and place of work, to entities such as conference sponsors, vendors and fellow attendees.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of the disclosures described above by contacting NurseLearn at events@nurselearn.com no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the conference.

Violation Notice: Any conference attendee found violating these conduct requirements may face immediate removal from this conference without a refund and exclusion from any future NurseLearn events or venues, at the sole discretion of NurseLearn staff.
Registrations purchased more than thirty (30) days prior to this conference may be canceled with a full refund (minus processing fees) within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase. Registrations purchased thirty days or fewer of the conference are non-refundable.
To cancel and receive a refund, if eligible, please notify us in writing at events@nurselearn.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be based on the actual fees paid and returned to your original payment method within ninety (90) days.
Registration Transfer: You may transfer your registration, as long as you let us know in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the conference starts. To request a ticket transfer, please email events@nurselearn.com with your email confirmation. Include the new attendee's name and email.
